What is this campaign about?

The campaign activity is to gather customer information as there are missing fields in the system. Customers are to provide their basic details including service installation address for TelBru to ensure that their details are correct using an online platform.

Note:
• This campaign activity is only for active existing TelBru Residential subscribers as of 31st March 2018.
• Customers whose service are activated on 1st April 2018 onwards will not be eligible to participate in this campaign.


What is the duration of this campaign?

The campaign runs from 1st April 2018 to 26th June 2018.


How do I participate in the campaign?

TelBru customers’ need to fill in the KYC form online via www.telbru.com.bn/update


Can I still participate by updating my information over the counter?

You will still be able to update your information over the counter. However, you will not be eligible to participate in the campaign.


What do I get in return?

Upon successful updates, you will be rewarded with either 20GB data (for Broadband Data Subscribers) or $10 Bill Rebate (for Unlimited Broadband Plan Subscribers or Voice-Only subscribers), as well as a chance in the lucky draw.


Can I choose whether I want the 20GB data or the $10 Bill Rebate?

Unfortunately, no. The 20GB data will be given only to Broadband Data Subscribers and the $10 Bill Rebate will only be given to Unlimited Broadband Plan Subscribers or Voice-only Subscribers.


Will the reward be given to me every time I participate in this campaign?

Please take note that the reward is a one-time reward. Customer who update multiple times will only be awarded once.

What is the validity period of the 20GB data?

The validity period of the 20GB data is 30 days upon activation.


When will the reward be given to me?

For 20GB Data:
• If customers participate in the campaign between 1st April to 30th April 2018, customers will be awarded the 20GB data by middle of May 2018.
• If customers participate in the campaign between 1st May to 31st May 2018, customers will be awarded the 20GB data by middle of June 2018.

For $10 Bill Rebate:
• If customers participate in the campaign between 1st April to 29th April 2018, customers will only see the $10 Bill Rebate in May 2018’s Bill.
• If customers participate in the campaign between 30th April to 30th May 2018, customers will only see the $10 Bill Rebate in June 2018’s Bill.
• If customers participate in the campaign on 31st May 2018, customers will only see the $10 Bill Rebate in July 2018’s Bill.


How about the lucky draw?

TelBru customers who fills in the KYC Form via online will be eligible for TelBru Bi-Weekly Draw and Grand Draw.

There will be five (5) mini lucky draws every two weeks leading up to the grand lucky draw. Three (3) winners will be awarded cash prize on a bi-weekly basis.

Please take note that customers who won during the mini draw can no longer participate in the next mini draw BUT will still be eligible for the grand draw.


How will the winner(s) be announced?

The winners name will be announced on Social Media (Facebook) and (Instagram). They will also be contacted by our staff and will be invited to attend a prize presentation ceremony. Our staff will contact the customers for three times. In the event the customer is unreachable within the three times, the customer’s name will be removed from the draw.

Please take note that both the venue and the date will be disclosed upon contact with the winners.
