What is the Green Packet Campaign about?

This is a unique campaign in conjunction with the coming Raya period where our customers can make transactions at any of TelBru’s Kadai and walk away with one Green Packet containing a voucher. This gesture is hoped to make your Hari Raya a more memorable experience.


When is this campaign running?

This campaign will run from 20th May, 2019 until 18th June, 2019.


What does this campaign offer?

Customers who make any transactions at any TelBru branch can walk away with a Green Packet containing a voucher. The type of voucher within the Green Packet is broken down based on the payment-tier as below:

$75.01 to $212.00 Customer will draw two (2) Green Packets but can only walk away with one chosen Green Packet

Who is eligible for this campaign?

This campaign is only applicable to TelBru’s Residential and Enterprise customers.


How does this campaign work?

Customers who make any transactions over any TelBru branch will be eligible to receive a Green Packet containing a voucher. This is only applicable ONCE per customer, per Account Number during the promo period.

Once the transaction has been completed successfully, the customer can draw the Green Packet from the box based on their payment amount. Please refer to the table below for the type of voucher and drawing mechanism:

When do the customers receive the prizes?

Customers can receive the Green Packet containing a voucher upfront upon successful transaction and can be redeemed on the day itself (please take note of the validity period of the vouchers).

However, please note for redemption of any TelBru Data, Rebates or Rentals will only be awarded the following month from the date of redemption.


Is there a validity period to these vouchers?

Yes, the vouchers will have a validity period and this will be displayed on the voucher.

Please ensure you redeem these offers before the end of the validity period.


How do I join this campaign?

Simply visit any of your nearest TelBru branch and make a payment. You will then be eligible to receive the Green Packet.


I made a payment just before this campaign started. Can I still avail the vouchers only instead?

Unfortunately, this is only applicable for payments at any of our TelBru branches starting from 20 May 2019 until 18 June 2019, while stocks last.

Though you have already made a payment, you may still receive a Green Packet for this campaign by making an advanced payment instead. Please note that the type of voucher received is dependent on your payment amount.


Can I pay via My TelBru and then go to the Branch to claim the Green Packet?

This campaign is only applicable for transactions made at our TelBru branches. Therefore, any transactions made via My TelBru or 3rd party (e.g. Banks) will not be applicable for this campaign.


I have two (2) Service Numbers currently so will I receive two Green Packets?

If both your Service Numbers fall under one Account Number, you will only be eligible to receive one Green Packet.


How do I check for my Account Number?

You can check your Account Number in your My TelBru app or web, under My Account under the Home tab.

Alternatively, you may call our Customer Care 111 or visit any of our branches where our friendly Branch staff will be more than happy to assist you.


Is there a minimum payment that I need to make to be eligible for this campaign?

Yes, the minimum amount to be made for you to join this campaign is $13.00.


Can I transfer my TelBru Gift voucher (e.g. Free Data, Rebates or Free Rental) to another customer’s account?

No, the TelBru Gift vouchers are non-transferrable nor exchangeable for cash.


1. Applicable to TelBru Residential and Enterprise customers only.
2. This campaign is valid from 20th May 2019 – 18th June 2019, both dates inclusive (herein referred to as ‘Campaign Period’).
3. This campaign offers customers a Green Packet when they make any transactions at any of our TelBru Branches with a minimum transaction of $13.00.
4. The contents of the Green Packet are broken down into the different payment tier as tabled below:

5. The customer is only eligible to ONE Green Packet per transaction per Account Number.
6. TelBru’s Staff and Corporate customers are not eligible for this campaign.
7. For TelBru Gifts of any free data, rebates or one-month rentals will carry a validity period of one (1) month upon receiving the gift voucher.
8. Following Clause 7, the free data, rebate or one-month rental will only be rewarded the following month upon redemption of the voucher.
9. The vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or any other prizes and will not be allowed for transfer to others.
10. For any other vouchers, the validity period will follow as stated within the voucher itself.
11. TelBru reserves the right to deem the offer void if the Customer does not comply with the terms and conditions specified for this campaign including the TelBru’s General Terms and Conditions for Services as well as such other specific terms and conditions as may be agreed and accepted by the Customer. Such rights conferred by TelBru under these terms and conditions shall be additional to the rights conferred by TelBru under the TelBru’s General Terms and Conditions for services and any other terms and conditions agreed and accepted by the Customer.
12. All details and particulars registered by the Customer must be true, accurate and complete.
13. TelBru shall not be liable for any delay, failure or omission in carrying out this campaign.
14. TelBru shall not be liable for any claims, losses and damages sustained by the Customer.
15. TelBru reserves the right at any time in its absolute, sole discretion, notwithstanding anything in these terms and conditions to cancel or make amendment(s) to this offer.
16. TelBru reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
17. Customers in this campaign shall accept the terms and conditions and the alteration thereof.
18. All decisions are at the discretion of TelBru and shall be deemed to be final.
19. The customer’s continued use of TelBru’s services will constitute as acceptance to these Terms and Conditions and any other alterations made thereafter.
