What is the TelBru Anniversary Promotion about?

In conjunction with TelBru’s 12th Anniversary on the 1st April 2018, TelBru is offering Free Outgoing Local Calls (TelBru Fixed Line to TelBru Fixed Line excluding mobile calls) every Saturday 12:00 midnight to Sunday 12:00 midnight for the whole month of April 2018.

This promotion includes the following:

What is the duration of this promotion?

This promotion runs every Saturday from 12:00 midnight and Sunday 12:00 midnight till the 29th April 2018.


Who is eligible for this promotion?

This promotion is targeted to all TelBru’s existing Postpaid Residential and Business customers. Please be informed that this promotion is not eligible for Prepaid customers.

Will the free minutes appear in the bill?

The free minutes will not appear in the bill.


What happen if I call during weekdays?

Your promotion entitlement is only valid during the promotion period i.e weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Any calls made after the weekend or during weekdays will be charged based on the usual rates.


How can I monitor my free calls usage?

We apologize as we are currently unable to monitor call usages but this is something that TelBru will continue to look into to improve our services in the future.

However, you may request the breakdown over the counter.


My telephone can only receive incoming calls, how can I join this promotion?

You may visit any of our branches and register for the Local Outgoing Call services at $10.00 (one-time charge).


1. Applicable to TelBru’s existing Postpaid Residential and Business customers who are subscribed to voice-only service or the combo service which is the voice and broadband Service.
2. The TelBru Anniversary Promotion (‘The Promotion’) will be published at all TelBru branches or online at TelBru’s website on Saturdays 12:00 midnight to Sundays 12:00 midnight between 14th April 2018 to 29th April 2018 (herein referred to as ‘Promotion Period’).
3. Customers who are on Free Calls Only (FCO) are not included in this promotion.
4. The Promotion is Free TelBru to TelBru Local Calls every Saturdays 12:00 midnight to every Sundays 12:00 midnight.
5. The Promotion is valid for active subscribers within the promotional period only.
6. TelBru staff (regardless on staff plan or regular plan) are eligible to participate in this promotion.
7. TelBru reserves the right to deem the offer void if the Customer do not comply with the terms and conditions specified for the Promotion including the TelBru’s General Terms and Conditions for services as well as such other specific terms and conditions as may be agreed and accepted by the Customer. Such rights conferred on TelBru under the terms and conditions shall be additional to the rights conferred on TelBru under TelBru’s General Terms and Conditions for services and any other terms and conditions agreed and accepted by the Customer.
8. All details and particulars registered by the Customer must be true, accurate and complete.
9. TelBru shall not be liable for any delay, failure or omission in carrying out this promotion.
10. TelBru shall not be liable for any claims, losses or damaged sustained by the Customer.
11. TelBru reserves the right at any time in its absolute, sole discretion, notwithstanding anything in these terms and conditions to cancel or make amendment(s) to this offer.
12. TelBru reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
13. Customers in this Promotion shall accept the terms and conditions and the alteration thereof.
