TelBru was incorporated on the 30th May 2002 under the Company Act Chapter 39 as a Public Limited Company and has been fully operational since April 2006 when Department of Telekom Brunei (JTB) was corporatized on 1st April 2006.


Today the company employs more than 900 staff and is undergoing a major transformation which aims to dominate the broadband market share and move up the ICT value chain from a pure infrastructure to provider of value added services. It will continue to offer innovative products to address customer needs at affordable rates at the same time enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, and greater employee satisfaction.
